@optimum No I will not. I've trouble shooted enough times over the damn phone, and your service still is giving me drops. I unplugged the brand new modem supporting optimum 300 speeds and I'm getting worse drops now than what I had before..

@optimum you guys are thieves man. Weâre moving out tomorrow. Canceling our service. And your sale reps are telling us weâll be charged until January 20th. Thatâs absurd. Weâre moving out on the 23rd of December!

I deleted the tweet about speed because it distracted from the real problem, which is the bait and switch. The @optimum rep is now trying to tell me that they canât apply the discount to existing accountsâeven though this IS a new account. That was the whole point!

@optimum A customer for 35 years & had an outage (not due to a storm) with NO service for 5 days, no one showed up or called, we cancelled. Now Optimum is trying to charge us for a month after we cancelled and for equipment we returned. Supv. NEVER called back. WORST COMPANY!
